Terms of Use (EULA)
By using Pocketade you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict, these Terms control to the extent permitted.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must keep your sign-in methods secure.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
You may not create, publish or share content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent in a graphic way, illegal, or that infringes anyone's rights. You may not abuse other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours.
3. Your creations
Games are generated by AI from your prompts. You keep any rights you have in your prompts. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, display and distribute your published games within Pocketade and its promotion. AI output may resemble other content. Don't prompt for, or publish, games that copy protected characters, brands or franchises. You can unpublish or delete your games at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break or misuse the service, its sandbox or its AI. That includes extracting system prompts, generating malicious code, or getting around limits. Don't scrape the service, impersonate others or manipulate likes or leaderboards.
5. Fair use limits
Creation is subject to daily limits that may change.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to US $50.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, and continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using Pocketade and delete your account at any time.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where Pocketade is organized, except where your local law requires otherwise. For questions, email support@pocketade.com.
